Holistic wellness is a multi-faceted approach to one's well-being. It is the mindfulness of the consequences associated with our behaviour. Rather than focusing on parts of the body as separate, a holistic approach looks at the person as a whole and how the interdependent parts synchronize in order to attain a balance in life. It is the integration of the mind, body and soul in order to achieve optimal health, wellness, and quality of life.


Holistic wellness has been viewed as the ideal state of health which requires a lifelong commitment and responsibility in order to achieve. The foundation of holistic wellness is not limited to ridding ourselves of illnesses, but extends to maintaining a well rounded and healthy lifestyle. The continuous practice of a healthy lifestyle will improve one's level of well-being.


With the fast paced lives many people live, it is important to find a balance. Wellness, broadly conceptualizes how a healthy lifestyle can increase joy and reach the desired state of well-being. It not only contributes to a happy and successful life, but looks at the basis of problems one encounters and attempts to resolve them as a whole.


Holistic wellness is a way one can nourish their body through experiencing their mind, body and soul as interconnected components of the whole. Creating an internal state of the human-mind, leading to a wholesome and healthy lifestyle.


Holistic Glow will provide a space for growth in holistic health. It will assist with ways one can achieve the ideal state of wellness. Holistic wellness is a journey. Be patient with yourself, handle yourself with kindness and delicacy and all that matters is that you are trying :)
